  • When and where is WREIN LIVE 2025?

WREIN Live 2025 will be hosted at the Sheraton Hotel located at 400 Olive St, Dallas, TX 75201, from Friday, September 5th to Sunday, September 7th.

  • How much does it cost to attend?

If you purchased your WREIN Program at or after last year's WREIN live in June 2024, then your WREIN live Invitation was included in your package. All you will need to pay is a $9.95 processing fee in order to secure your spot. This is a one-time processing fee and you will not be charged anything additional to attend the event. If for any reason, outside of extenuating circumstances that you can submit proof of, there will be a charge of $397 for anyone who does not check in and attend WREIN Live in person due to the cost of the event and in-person accommodations. You will not receive any additional charges for registering virtually and not being able to attend virtually.

  • What’s the Refund Policy?

Refunds may be requested through July 25th, 2025. Please note: the $9.95 processing fee is non-refundable. After July 25th, no refunds will be issued - but you can still cancel or switch your ticket to virtual attendance until August 29th, 2025. Registration closes on August 22nd, so don’t wait!

  • May I Bring a friend? 

We heard your feedback, and we are happy to announce that all students will be able to purchase guest tickets! The Guest ticket will be $397 and will be available for purchase when you go to check out for your own ticket. As always, WREIN Live is a Woman’s only event, and as such, the bring-a-friend ticket will only be honored for female guests.

  • How can I book my Hotel room?

You can access the special group rate via the following link: https://book.passkey.com/go/2025WREINLiveConference In order to receive the special rate for WREIN live, you must book your stay by August 13, 2025. After August 13th, rates will be at the going rate determined by the Sheraton. Discounted rates apply for the dates of September 4th through September 8th ( with checkout being September 8th). If you wish to extend your stay, you can call the Hotel at 214-922-8000 and let them know you are booking for the WREIN Live event to get the discount over the phone.

  • What is the dress code?

Business Casual. We want to make sure you are comfortable while keeping in mind that this is a great networking opportunity. We encourage you to wear as much pink as your heart desires! Let your inner style shine!

  • I need ADA-accessible seating. Who should I contact?

We will have ADA seating available. If you did not indicate this on your registration, please contact us at business@womensrein.com

  • Where do I Park?

There are multiple parking options available. You can park at either the Sheraton Hotel Parking garage or the Conference Center Garage. Access to the Hotel Garage is located at the northeast corner of the property along Pearl Street. Access to the Conference center garage is located on Olive Street(1-way road) on the left side, across from the Hotel Lobby carport. You can also valet your car at the Hotel Lobby Entrance. The venue is located in downtown Dallas and there are various self-park parking lots located in the area.

  • How much is parking?

Parking in both garages has been discounted to $20 per day. If staying at the hotel, give your parking ticket to the hotel, and it will be added to your Hotel invoice. If you are not staying at the hotel, you will bring your ticket to the main conference foyer and the WREIN team will get your ticket validated for the discounted price. The cost of Valet parking is not discounted.

  • Can I enter/exit the venue as needed?

You can enter and exit the event as you please. You will be given a WREIN Live badge that will allow you to come and go as you please. Restrooms are easily accessible from all group areas. You will be scanned in at every entrance point by the WREIN Team and event staff.

  • Where is everything located?


  • Are there other methods of getting to the Venue other than driving?

The Sheraton Hotel is located directly next to two DART Light rail stations, ST Paul Station and Pearl/Arts District Station. Both stations service the RED, Green, Yellow, and Blue Lines that serve the Dallas area. Various bus routes also travel along the street of the Dart stations as well.

  • Are there any rules that need to be followed?

We live by the golden rule: Treat others as you would want to be treated. Be courteous to your fellow WREIN sisters around you. We ask that you please silence your cell phones. No Food is allowed in the main ballroom. Take as many pictures and videos as you would like and tag us on social media @womensrein #womensrein

  • What should I bring to the event? 

An open mind ready to take in a life-changing weekend of knowledge and bonding with your fellow WREIN sisters! We would recommend bringing a notebook and pen to take notes with. Feel free to bring layers so you’re comfortable, depending on the temperature of the room.

  • When is check in for WREIN Live?

In-person registration will be on Thursday evening at the Sheraton Hotel. Further details as to where to locate the registration desk will be provided closer to the event date.

  • How do I participate in the WREIN Live Award Ceremony?

If you'd like to participate in our WREIN Live Award Ceremony, please ensure our team receives your Impact, Dream Big, Dream Big X, or Six Figure Club submission by August 20th, 2025. You can submit your information HERE to enter and get verified to participate in the award ceremony.

  • When should I fly in? When should I fly out?

We want you to be able to take full advantage of the opportunity to network with your WREIN sisters and would suggest flying in on Thursday, September 4th, and flying out on Monday, September 8th.

  • Is there an itinerary?

We will be releasing more details closer to the event, but you can expect Day 1 of WREIN live to begin around 1 pm on Friday, September 5th, with the event wrapping up by 7 pm on Sunday, September 7th.

  • Will I be on camera and need to be prepared to say anything?

We will be recording the event, and there will be multiple media members throughout the event for recording purposes. There will be an opportunity to share your story with our video team, social team, as well as plenty of fun opportunities for group photos and selfies!

  • What food will be provided?

Lunch will be provided for those who have purchased the VIP experience. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available for purchase at the hotel.

  • What food options are available?

There are various options located both in the hotel and in the neighboring area.

  • Open Palette - all day dining, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
  • Open Market - grab and go – breakfast sandwiches, salads, pizza, sandwiches, granola parfait, beverages, specialty coffees
  • Draft Sports Bar - burgers, sandwiches, bar food, open in the evening.
  • Lobby Bar - light snacks, open in the evening.

  • Corner Bakery - sandwiches, wraps, soups, pasta, salads.
  • Insalata - make your own salad/soup/wraps

  • Mi Latte - breakfast burritos, quesadillas, bowls, latin cuisine.
  • Popoke Hawaiian Street Food - bowls.

  • Hi Line Burgers - burgers, sandwiches, wraps.
  • China Dragon - Chinese food.
  • Plaza Donuts - donuts, hot breakfast sandwiches.

  • Will the event be recorded so I can watch it later?

WREIN Live 2025 WILL NOT be available to rewatch after the event. WREIN Live is a live event that only happens once a year, and due to the nature and agreements with speakers we will not be releasing recordings of the event after it ends. Your only opportunity to experience WREIN Live is live in person or live virtually online.

  • Will I need to bring a ticket?

Once you are registered for WREIN Live and you receive your confirmation email, you are officially registered for the event. You will not need to bring a ticket to the event. You will be able to check in to WREIN Live when you arrive on site. If you registered virtually, you will receive an email the week of the event with details to download the event app, register, and Check-In online.

  • How do I check into the event?

  • Which Airport do I fly into?

You can fly into either DFW (19.5 miles from the event) or Dallas Love Field (5.4 Miles from the event). Both airports have public transportation access via Dart.

  • Is there a shuttle from the airport to the hotels?

No, you will be responsible for your own transportation from the airport to the hotel. Both DFW and Lovefield offer access to Public transportation and there is a Dart Rail station located across the street from the Hotel.

  • Can I bring my child (under 18) with me?

We want you to be able to take full advantage of WREIN Live and experience all the life-changing moments with our speakers. We would suggest making arrangements for child care for when you are at WREIN Live. That being said, we understand that life happens, and this may not be an option. In this case, please reach out to Business@womensrein.com.
